When life gives you lemons, don't panic
Yesterday evening I had planned to write a post a bit more about my upcoming April. Considering it's already April 9th, I could have talked about my goals for the month, or published my April 2015 playlist, but then yesterday, while driving home from work, my car cut off in the middle of 5:00 traffic. It wasn't fun, was somewhat dangerous, and 100% stressful. Luckily, I am safe, we got my car out of the road (and back home), and the most stressful part of the ordeal is done. Needless to say, I haven't gotten around to writing the in-depth and entertaining post I had wanted to. After that, my evening consisted of online car shopping, number crunching, and forehead massaging.
Word to the wise: when your car starts having new problems every couple of months, go ahead and make a plan to get rid of it before it decides for you.
Another word: when things seem scary and awful and straight up miserable, there are really nice people in the world who will help you, you just have to accept the help. Shout out to the woman and men who pushed my car into the median lane, then into the Lizard's Thicket parking lot. Y'all are the real MVPs.
